Hours of support.

Macinhome is available for support:
7 days a week, 8 a.m. to midnight

Rates and pricing.

Note: Certified Apple and Mac services are calculated in 15-minute billing increments.

Residential hourly:
$95/hr              8 am to 8 pm Mon - Sun
$115/hr            8 pm to 12 am Mon - Sun

Business hourly:
$115/hr           8 am to 6 pm Mon - Fri
$145/hr           Evenings and weekends

Phone support:
Your first phone call (of any length) is free. Please try to stump us.
For each call thereafter, first 10 minutes free, then billed at $85/hr in 15-minute billing increments.
Follow-up phone support for work performed is free for 10 days.

The rates above apply to visits from our mobile consultants holding Apple’s Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification. Consultation with technicians holding higher levels of Apple certification, such as Mac OS X Server or Pro Apps certification, are available by request.

Training.

Residential hourly:
$85/hr          8 am to 8 pm Mon - Sun

Get proactive! When you invest in service hour packages, you save money.

  • 5 hour pre-purchase, $5.00 off per hour
  • 10 hour pre-purchase, $7.50 off per hour
  • 20 hour pre-purchase, $10.00 off per hour
