Lucas Roberts, President and CEO.
Lucas started his career in Macintosh sales and troubleshooting in 2000 through his employment with Mac Station, an Apple Authorized Retailer in the greater Vancouver area. He loved being a trusted resource for his customers, and his sales grew through word of mouth.
He continued his IT education with Hostway Corporation, providing phone and email technical support for Web and email hosting, domain name registration, and all associated Internet technologies.
During his five-year term at Hostway, Lucas was quickly promoted to Senior Technical Support Supervisor in Hostway’s Vancouver office. In late 2007, when asked to relocate to manage Hostway head office in Chicago, he respectfully declined, leaving the company on good terms to build on Macinhome’s growing success.
Now, he finds ways to help the Macinhome team provide the most patient and high quality service possible, to their clients.

Andrew Armstrong, Partner and CFO.
Working toward an Honours Business Administration Degree, MBA and CMA, Andrew manages Macinhome’s finances.
With more than five years’ experience managing companies and cost centers, and developing staff, Andrew is proving to be invaluable to Macinhome’s growth and success.
Mark Sumner, Former owner, Founder.
Mark started Macinhome in 2001. He was tired of working for a Mac sales company that did not have air conditioning. Also, he noticed quickly that no one provided great in-home Mac service in Vancouver.
Macinhome grew quickly by word of mouth alone, with a focus on customer service. Mark's bedside manner and "trusted advisor" philosophy got people talking.
He especially loved a perfectly-setup new Mac with a clean Desktop.
